What we collect

If you use the contact form, we store the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond to you. If you create a forum account, we store your username, password (as a one-way cryptographic hash, never in plain text), and, if you choose to provide it, an email address for account recovery.

Donations

Online donations are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card or bank details. We keep your name, email, mailing address, occupation, employer, and gift amount, both to send receipts and because political contribution reporting laws may require us to report this information to the state.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your information with third parties, run advertising trackers, or send you unsolicited or automated email. Submitting the contact form or posting in the forum sends an internal notification to our team so a real person knows to check it — it does not sign you up for any mailing list, and any reply you receive is written and sent manually by a person.

Forum posts

Anything you post in the forum is public and visible to anyone who visits the site. Please don't share information there you wouldn't want public.
